More interesting art, incidentally from Japan. Here we have some crazy metallic fluid which looks positively villainous when exposed to magnetic fields. I want to say something like, “Putting the goth back in metal,” but that doesn’t really make any sense. Make sure to check out the videos. They are more than half of the fun.

intereting stuff.
i love your site, the blend of differents arts and tehnologies, like that paper art post you had a while ago and this electromagnetic fluid art (?).
you know, stuff like that makes you ask yourseld what really art is. can this electromagnetic fluid shots be put near mona lisa? where does art begin within this hi-tech display? is this the future of art?
once again, nice site, with interesting posts! keep up doing it.
cheers!

Thank you very much! To me it’s inspiring that art can be expressed in such limitless ways. One can sometimes be moved by spray-paint on a subway wall or a sculpture of river rocks as much as by the “greatest” classical works. In the end, I think the value of art should be completely subjective. Thanks again for visiting!
